    VIRTUAL Bootcamp

It was a good class. I thought it was going to be 45 min but it was just 30 min which actually worked out better for me. You do need a few different weights for the class. I had 10 pound weights and 20 pound weights but I wish I had had 5 pounds as well. I liked the music and she had good musicality starting on the 1 count for transitions. I teach a fitness class so I notice these things but others may not really care ? I liked that it had a little stretch time at the end cause I really need a push to stretch more. I’ll be signing up again! Thanks Diane!

Very intense and fun workout that is scalable. As a first timer Amadeu helped me focus on form and work on footwork to position myself correctly at the bag. Another coach, Jason made me feel very welcomed and helped wrap my hands prior to class.

    Body & Brain Yoga

Loved this class! It is more like calisthenics than yoga and made me feel fantastic. The students all seemed like regulars and the instructor was very welcoming. I will definitely be back.

    Kempo Karate -Self Defense

Great class! I felt like I had a good amount of individual attention. I learned a variety of kicks, punches, and strikes. I practiced in front of the mirror, but I also had the chance to practice moves on more advanced students. Looking forward to my next visit and learning more.

This was a great class. Not exactly 'self defense' but awesome format with great instruction. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly, and encouraging to the newbies. It's a mixed level class so it can feel a little overwhelming but it's great practice!
