    Both the instructor, Derek, and the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Good mix of floor exercises (full body)and treadmill hills/sprints. As a first timer, I was a bit confused the first 4-5min as the instructor provided the instructions to the people who were on the treadmill as well the people who did the floor exercises. But once I listened carefully and I paid more attention to his instructions it was very easy to follow. I'll definitely go back to Barry's B.

    Loved her emphasis on form. She mentioned less reps and with better quality. Also, she gave out cues to make sure the correct muscles groups were targeted and people did not strain themselves.

    TONEd DOWN: An Intro to Btone

    This was my first class and I'm very glad I attended the intro. Brooke said the difference between this class and the regular is that 1) there is no pause in between exercises to explain the position in the regular class, 2) there is a greater number of exercises/positions in the regular, and 3) more time is spent working each muscle in the regular. Definitely one of my favorite Class Pass classes so far. Brooke is a great instructor.

    Full Body (50 Minutes)

    Great class! It was my first time and I would recommend it, even if you are a bit nervous about the boot camp style--you can control your own treadmill and can go at your own pace if you have to. One criticism: would have appreciated more personal corrections. I am pretty sure I was doing one of the weight exercises completely wrong but wasn't corrected.

    Kristen ran a great class. No Mic which would have helped but she did a good job of demonstrating the exercises and we all stayed with her throughout the workout. This gym is always an AWESOME burn and will chisel your abs!!

    Love Anas class. She is very welcoming, challenging, and helpful. Loved the ab work today. Thought 2 yellow springs was too much for the leg work we did (was using the red handles too much and wanted the work more in my legs). Other people seemed fine with it though, so maybe just give option one or two yellow springs option next time. Highly recommend Btone and Anas class!

    This teacher and class is great! Lots of energy, fun moves, and designs the class that even if you are not a dancer or that coordinated you can follow along and eventually get it through repetition. Highly recommend. Burn lots of calories while also having fun!

    Great workout. The thing I liked most was the variety of equipment used, not the usual/basic stuff everyone else uses. Free parking was a huge help. I was surprised that there was no stretching time afterwards, so plan on doing that on your own.

    Incredible instructor and awesome class! It was the perfect level of challenging - Sebastian was encouraging when I wasnt pushing hard enough, instructional when I was off on my form, and forgiving when I was 100% gassed. On top of this, he spent the extra time to help me with my form at the end of class.

    Diana has good energy and keeps the pace of the class moving. She cues each exercise in advance of the actual moves to assure fast and smooth transitions. The music is good and at a good volume so we can hear her but not ourselves panting. ;) She always remembers each sequence so both sides are always even, but sometimes the left leg feels shorter time-wise than the right, which she usually does first...maybe she could start with the left sometimes and it might feel more even...? But I love how much core is done each class, and I know I am in good hands for a well-built class each time.

    Kelly was very positive and welcoming. I love the heart rate monitors so you can visually see how hard you are working out in comparison to others in the class. I also love the mix of cardio and strength training. I agree with a few people that have said this is not a high intensity class but I think this is good in this case in that you can make the work out as hard or as light as you want. I am definitely sore after this class and would take it again!

    Love Btone. New studio in Lexington is so much nicer than the previous location. Clean and welcoming. Evidently the owner designed the new machines which is pretty cool. Colleen gives a great workout. Always feel it in my abs, arms,and legs the next day. Really think btone is one of the safest and most effective workouts around.
