If you’re looking for a real challenge that forces you to grow and makes you feel insanely productive and accomplished before your day’s even started, Dilan’s class is allll of that. Always beating my personal records in Dilan’s class bc she’s motivating, technical, clear, no-nonsense. All that made sense when I learned she’s a Harvard and Yale grad - uh WHAT. I know I’m getting my $$$’s worth in her class.

Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

OMG Jill’s class is f*cking FIRE ???? Spin-gasm - I was sad the class was only 45 min, even though I left with a bucket of sweat under my bike and couldn’t have physically done anymore. The playlist was insanity and the class was not only challenging but SO fun and motivating. Only tip: book ahead bc Jill’a class sells out and I almost didn’t get a bike!!

Thalia is amazing and her yoga class really strengthens and stretches you out. It was bad weather so we were inside, only bad thing here is that you can hear the other loud classes going on in the other room at the same time. Luckily Thalia knee to turn in some soothing music and that helped a lot.

Lauren is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. Always gives tough, technique driven classes. Despite that today was a busy class, she had eagle eyes on form at all times and made me feel like it was a 1:1 session. And her friendliness and positive attitude lights up the room. I take fitness classes on a daily basis, and I can honestly say I’ve been blown away by her knack for teaching and making everyone feel able and strong.

Love the Btone workout. Dahne is one of my favorites. She has a really nice, calm way about her (the way she talks about the upcoming move so matter of factly almost makes you forget how hard the workout is!). Really felt in my abs abs arms the next day. Only complaint is the machine next to the alley windows does not have cushion on the arm things at back of machine. Great class! It was my first time and I would recommend it, even if you are a bit nervous about the boot camp style--you can control your own treadmill and can go at your own pace if you have to. One criticism: would have appreciated more personal corrections. I am pretty sure I was doing one of the weight exercises completely wrong but wasn't corrected.

Love Anas class. She is very welcoming, challenging, and helpful. Loved the ab work today. Thought 2 yellow springs was too much for the leg work we did (was using the red handles too much and wanted the work more in my legs). So fun!! I work out a lot so I questioned whether this class would be sufficiently challenging, and it was! Great mix of cardio and strength training. The instructor was very enthusiastic, prepared, and knowledgeable. My only suggestions would be more ab work and possibly hands-on corrections during the barre sections (to make the positions more effective for those new to barre). Prana to Music (heated)

Prana flows tend to be a little basic and repetitive, with emphasis on moving with your breath - and sometimes you need that. I like how relaxing and zen it is, the heat helping ease your muscles into deeper stretches. Ive been going to Prana for 8 years and I think the changes YogaWorks brought have been positive: now if you rent a mat, its clean instead of soggy and sweaty from the person that used it before; the mats and blocks are new; the blankets and The Secret-esque positive thinking cards have been replaced by merch Id actually buy and a 20% off Manduka sale. Otherwise, the studio seems pretty much the same as before. Im satisfied!
