LJ is by far my favorite spin instructor here, she gets everyone fired up and brings such energy to the class. Ive done a few spin classes now but love how LJ explains the mechanics of the bike and proper setup before class....it was always so frustrating for me when I was a newbie and instructor wouldnt do this. She is great for new and advanced riders!

Both the instructor, Derek, and the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Good mix of floor exercises (full body)and treadmill hills/sprints. As a first timer, I was a bit confused the first 4-5min as the instructor provided the instructions to the people who were on the treadmill as well the people who did the floor exercises. But once I listened carefully and I paid more attention to his instructions it was very easy to follow. I'll definitely go back to Barry's B.

TAYLOR SWIFT: FROM THEN TO NOW

Erin is hands down the best spin instructor at Turnstyle. Her energy is infectious. She challenges us enough to reach new limits but not so much that we cant ride in sync. Each ride is different and always includes new moves, so youll never feel bored. Moreover, shes so friendly and motivating. I love seeing her regulars week after week- her crowd is just as welcoming as she is, so youll never feel like the new guy. If you want to leave class feeling sweaty, motivated, happy and challenged, take Erins class! I cant recommend it enough.

OMG Jill’s class is f*cking FIRE ???? Spin-gasm - I was sad the class was only 45 min, even though I left with a bucket of sweat under my bike and couldn’t have physically done anymore. The playlist was insanity and the class was not only challenging but SO fun and motivating. Only tip: book ahead bc Jill’a class sells out and I almost didn’t get a bike!!

I love EBF but they really need to get it together with their technology. I can’t remember the last class I went to where there wasn’t a problem with the audio or screens. Not Colleen’s fault— she managed through it well. But if a key reason to love EBF is the fact that they are digitally minded, the digital stuff... needs to actually work.

Chrissy is my favorite! Love that this is not a "boring" barre class. Some of the other studios can get so repetitive, it's the same exact thing every class. I also liked that we focused on back work with the weights and less on arms and shoulders.

So fun!! I work out a lot so I questioned whether this class would be sufficiently challenging, and it was! Great mix of cardio and strength training. The instructor was very enthusiastic, prepared, and knowledgeable. My only suggestions would be more ab work and possibly hands-on corrections during the barre sections (to make the positions more effective for those new to barre). I will definitely be back, and with friends!

Great instructor and class! The room did get pretty humid since it is small and people sweat. It did stay cooler than I expected though. Prana to Music (heated)

Prana flows tend to be a little basic and repetitive, with emphasis on moving with your breath - and sometimes you need that. I like how relaxing and zen it is, the heat helping ease your muscles into deeper stretches. Ive been going to Prana for 8 years and I think the changes YogaWorks brought have been positive: now if you rent a mat, its clean instead of soggy and sweaty from the person that used it before; the mats and blocks are new; the blankets and The Secret-esque positive thinking cards have been replaced by merch Id actually buy and a 20% off Manduka sale. Otherwise, the studio seems pretty much the same as before. Im satisfied!
