Great playlist and motivation with Meredith. She does almost the whole class with you and really works. This studio really needs more chairs for putting shoes on. It is embarrassing that such a fancy studio has so little room people have to stand in the merchandise area just to get shoes on.

    Arms & Abs (60 Minutes)

Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

OMG Jill’s class is f*cking FIRE ???? Spin-gasm - I was sad the class was only 45 min, even though I left with a bucket of sweat under my bike and couldn’t have physically done anymore. Lisa is my favorite btone instructor! Her classes have a nice flow and are never boring. She incorporates new things every time. Feedback for btone in general- it would be cool to have some classes with specific focuses such as mostly core, or upper body or butt and legs. Great instructor and class! The room did get pretty humid since it is small and people sweat. It did stay cooler than I expected though. So fun!! I work out a lot so I questioned whether this class would be sufficiently challenging, and it was! Great mix of cardio and strength training. Prana to Music (heated)

Prana flows tend to be a little basic and repetitive, with emphasis on moving with your breath - and sometimes you need that. I like how relaxing and zen it is, the heat helping ease your muscles into deeper stretches. Ive been going to Prana for 8 years and I think the changes YogaWorks brought have been positive: now if you rent a mat, its clean instead of soggy and sweaty from the person that used it before; the mats and blocks are new; the blankets and The Secret-esque positive thinking cards have been replaced by merch Id actually buy and a 20% off Manduka sale. Otherwise, the studio seems pretty much the same as before. Im satisfied!

    PILATES REFORMER *PLUS

C2 is my favorite Pilates studio. Instructors all have different personalities and teaching styles, but are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Always get a great workout and feel it the next day. Studio is also really cute with the purple wall and huge windows.

Cassie’s music is always the best and her workouts are challenging but totally doable. Always leave super sweaty! Studio has been a lot hotter lately - not sure why, but I don’t really feel the AC on anymore during class.

Mike taught the class and Rod was helping him out. I wish Mike showed the moves at different spots in the classroom. When it's a full house and mic doesn't work well it's hard to follow. Thankfully Rod was around and guided people. Nevertheless it was a good class.

    Express Barre

If you want to learn proper form for Barre, go to this class because Karen walks around and corrects everyone. It was a little tough to know what was going on because I was facing the brick wall, but definitely still got in a good workout. Karen is the best.

Anna may be my favorite at Turnstyle! She stays on the bike and works just as hard (harder really) then the students which is so motivating. Two thumbs up. Showers do the trick and locker rooms are nice as well. Easy to park at this location

    Hot All Levels

A very thoughtfully-sequenced hot yoga class with Forrest and Iyengar cues for safe alignment and awareness of body and breath. Long holds in poses and brief interludes of vinyasa (no chaturanga-obsession). Creative, experienced teacher with sense of humor. Thank you, Kathy!
