    TAYLOR SWIFT: FROM THEN TO NOW

    Erin is hands down the best spin instructor at Turnstyle. Her energy is infectious. She challenges us enough to reach new limits but not so much that we cant ride in sync. Each ride is different and always includes new moves, so youll never feel bored. Moreover, shes so friendly and motivating. I love seeing her regulars week after week- her crowd is just as welcoming as she is, so youll never feel like the new guy. If you want to leave class feeling sweaty, motivated, happy and challenged, take Erins class! I cant recommend it enough.

    Both the instructor, Derek, and the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Good mix of floor exercises (full body)and treadmill hills/sprints. As a first timer, I was a bit confused the first 4-5min as the instructor provided the instructions to the people who were on the treadmill as well the people who did the floor exercises. But once I listened carefully and I paid more attention to his instructions it was very easy to follow. I'll definitely go back to Barry's B.

    OMG Jill’s class is f*cking FIRE ???? Spin-gasm - I was sad the class was only 45 min, even though I left with a bucket of sweat under my bike and couldn’t have physically done anymore.     TONEd DOWN: An Intro to Btone

    This was my first class and I'm very glad I attended the intro. Brooke said the difference between this class and the regular is that 1) there is no pause in between exercises to explain the position in the regular class, 2) there is a greater number of exercises/positions in the regular, and 3) more time is spent working each muscle in the regular. Definitely one of my favorite Class Pass classes so far. Brooke is a great instructor.

The instructor was very enthusiastic, prepared, and knowledgeable. My only suggestions would be more ab work and possibly hands-on corrections during the barre sections (to make the positions more effective for those new to barre).     Prana flows tend to be a little basic and repetitive, with emphasis on moving with your breath - and sometimes you need that. I like how relaxing and zen it is, the heat helping ease your muscles into deeper stretches. Ive been going to Prana for 8 years and I think the changes YogaWorks brought have been positive: now if you rent a mat, its clean instead of soggy and sweaty from the person that used it before; the mats and blocks are new; the blankets and The Secret-esque positive thinking cards have been replaced by merch Id actually buy and a 20% off Manduka sale. Otherwise, the studio seems pretty much the same as before. Im satisfied!

    It was my first time at this studio. Both the store and studio staff were very friendly and helpful. They showed me around and explained the class/workout. The have showers and they provide towels. The instructor, Chris, was very encouraging during the class and we completed challenging mix of hill and sprint intervals on the treadmill with upper/lower body exercises on the floor. The music was great. Overall I have a great experience and I will definitely be back and take more classes. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who likes interval training on the treadmill. If you tried other similar studios like barry's, mystryde etc you have to come and take a class at Heartbreak Hill Running Company. You will not regret!
