Classes have the same basic structure (interval training) but no two classes are the same so it keeps it interesting and more variety for your muscles. We then went into a slightly heated room for 20 minutes stretching using a foam roller with some abs thrown in. Then we did a few minutes of anti-aging recovery on a rebounder and vibrating plate. Great way to decompress while getting a good workout in! The class only had 3 of us in it and Monica was great at encouraging us while helping with form and showing me around the gym.
