    Nice gym with plenty of space and machines. They have a small whirl pool, steam, and sauna with tons of showers. Very clean amenities- they provide soap and shampoo/conditioner, towels, hair dryers, cotton swabs, and some straighteners. Just missing deodorant! Otherwise gorgeous and would definitely go back.

    First class back since Covid, and it was great! Best work out class, great instructor, music. Class was difficult, but not impossible and the great thing is you can modify to your own level. Masks were worn. I’m still not 100% comfortable with sharing machines/weights with covid rates rising, but class itself is amazing. Greg deserves a lot of credit for his playlist and ability to flawlessly teach basically two classes at one time.

    I love EBF but they really need to get it together with their technology. I cant remember the last class I went to where there wasnt a problem with the audio or screens.     This class was slightly more technical than my regular studio, but the instructor gave great assists, so I was really able to push myself and try a few new things. Im not a fan of pillows and blankets in yoga classes , so I just didnt take them and this was 100% fine. The class was super quiet until the instructor arrived which is also different than my regular studio where everyone is a little more chatty, but it was a great class and Ill certainly go again.

    I attended the Core & Cardio session. The gym is in a locked building but the concierge lets you in immediately and will direct you to the gym in the basement. There is no water fountain so bring enough water, you will need it. There was a 90 minute boot camp before this class and about half a dozen people stayed for the next class which is meant to illustrate there’s a lot of enthusiasm for the work going on here. As far as Core & Cardio it was 3 sets of 12 minute AMRAPs with 4 circuits each. There were some short runs included in each set. I was thoroughly exhausted by the end, and I am *feeling it* today (very sore).

    Awesome class. I enjoyed the structure. It was 30 minutes of weights with 3 rounds of 5 different exercises for a total body workout. We then went into a slightly heated room for 20 minutes stretching using a foam roller with some abs thrown in. Then we did a few minutes of anti-aging recovery on a rebounder and vibrating plate. Great way to decompress while getting a good workout in! The class only had 3 of us in it and Monica was great at encouraging us while helping with form and showing me around the gym.
