It was bad weather so we were inside, only bad thing here is that you can hear the other loud classes going on in the other room at the same time.     So fun!! I work out a lot so I questioned whether this class would be sufficiently challenging, and it was! Great mix of cardio and strength training. The instructor was very enthusiastic, prepared, and knowledgeable. My only suggestions would be more ab work and possibly hands-on corrections during the barre sections (to make the positions more effective for those new to barre). I will definitely be back, and with friends!

    Yoga Sculpt

    This was my first time doing Yoga Sculpt at this studio and I loved it! It was super fast-paced, which was great because it made the time fly, but I wouldn't recommend it for someone who isn't familiar with basic yoga flow. The arm section was tough and I loved the cardio. Only wish there were more abs!

    Very welcoming studio. Instructor and person at the front desk go out of their way to welcome you on first visit. Studio is clean and new. Class is different from other barre studios - bigger movements, cork floors, no c curve abs (thankfully). Definitely felt it the next morning.

    This class was good, instructor had a great energy and it was a challenging sequence. One bit of constructive feedback: please don’t project the reasons you take a class onto your students (ex: “summers coming, let’s do this for the booty shorts” etc). Not everyone comes to a class for the same reason!

    First time at this studio and I loved the class. Like others have said, it's faster than other classes and more upbeat/active. I loved that I could wear my sneakers. The instructor warned me in the beginning that she can't make personal corrections because the class moves so fast, but she did all the moves with us and constantly gave out reminders about proper form. I will be back for more.

    I hadn't tried Bar Method yet because of the reviews about them calling people out. I'm sad now that I let that deter me! In my opinion, the calling corrections to individuals by name is incredibly helpful to make sure you have the correct form to avoid injury and maximize your workout. Since I was new she called my name A TON, but that's okay because I didn't know the proper form. Every correction made me feel the exercise more intensely, which is great! I assume if I continue going to class I will learn the proper form, and my name will be called less. I highly advise going because I believe if you're going to spend the time and money doing something, you should do it right. But that's just me... Overall, great workout!!

    This was one of the most challenging PB classes I’ve taken, which was great. Dani also walked the room throughout class (also great) to give corrections and cued very well. The room was super hot, so hopefully that’s not the norm. FYI for first timers, changing space and the bathroom are in the BACK of the studio so be ready to go as you won’t have much time to utilize these spaces before or after class.

    Excellent experience my first time at b3 Bedford - super welcoming staff and Jennifer is a sweetheart! The b3 workout has evolved a lot since I started doing it - some things I love (like the incorporation of breathwork), some things I don’t (the workouts feel much lower energy with the recent change in music and instructors cueing less), but this comment has more to do with b3 as a brand/franchise and not this studio in particular.     Liz is a gem! Full of energy at 8:30 AM on a Saturday. It was comedy and a workout. There were two different sets of exercises (one cardio and the other focuses on abs).     Becca is the best barre teacher I have ever had (and I have been to hundreds of barre classes!). Her class is always challenging. She is very knowledgeable and gives hands-on adjustments and corrections (with the mic off). I was so exited when she opened her own studio. The studio itself is beautiful - clean and pretty!
