see all reviewsI don’t know how to say this without sounding mean and I’m sorry, I don’t want to be, but while he was coaching, the instructor would add uhh to the end of every sentence, or sometimes a few words in the sentence. For example: “you should feel this in your outer legsuhhh.” “That’s greatuhh.“ I found it really distracting, especially once I realized he didn’t seem to do that in his normal one-on-one voice. He was very nice and it was a good class, it just became something I focused on too much.

The class was very full so became chaotic that it started bit late and people had their bags and coats on the floor with not enough weights or bike for people who were late — be on time!

I felt just enough burn and challenge in the exercises to make it worthwhile and at the same time something I could easily keep coming back to. The stretching and myofascial release felt incredible. Will definitely be back!
