Good class, but be mindful that its not heated (I must have not read the description carefully). Studio is clean and well maintained. Mat towels cost extra if you want to use one but they provide good sized normal towels as well as post yoga cool scented washcloths

Space was gorgeous as was all of the equipment. Check out the fantastic wall paper in the bathroom. Paige was on it! Knew everyone's names, did verbal and physical corrections. Class was hard! I really want to love barre. I'll be back to try.

Susan was awesome! She emphasized the importance of listening to your body. I appreciate this studio because it's less about being trendy and more about what yoga actually is and in that approach is way more holistic / all encompassing.

    Basics 1hr 10min

Grazia made me feel very good in my body. Usually I hate all the movements and talking over movements. If its choreo then teach me in one take and then lets run it 7x with breath. But this was all very basic and gentle movements that we then repeated with the breath, allowing you to push where you can.

Really beautiful yoga class. What you think of in your head and what you need as a human. A devoted, knowledgeable, hands on instructor. Challenging flow. I would feel a little self conscious as a beginner. The space is small and cozy and it was very hot.

Super fun, great energy. Im not a dancer, so all the reviews that said there wasnt enough choreography actually helped me want to do it and it was just what I expected- lots of movement but I didnt feel like it was too complex for me to keep up. Definitely got my heart pumping and my body moving, so Ill be back!

Good class but 30 min is def quite short. Difficult because there is no rest but def not as hard as the descriptions for this studio make it seem. Instructor was very attentive and great about correcting form. Small class sizes are an added bonus.

    Level 1

This was the most different yoga class Ive taken but I enjoyed it. There was a lot of focus on technique, which was great if you were new or had been doing yoga for awhile. We used ropes on the walls to help us perfect poses and work on alignment, which was cool. My only complaint is that there was just one too many people in the class because when we did rope work on the wall some of us were on top of each other.

Tough class and have a good sore in my muscles.music was a little loud and the instructor’s mic was a little blown out (other students and i all made eye contact when we couldn’t hear the instructions so i don’t think it was just a sound issue with me) so hard to hear her instructions but thankfully it was a small class so was able to get individual attention when I missed a cue.

    One Hour in Float Room

The staff here is so lovely and I loved the float room. You can turn all the lights off to get the same sensory deprivation experience as you can in the pod. The room doesn’t have music, which I preferred (though apparently you can turn it off in the pod too). Left feeling so refreshed and deeply relaxed.

Came across "PineappleYogi" on CP and I just had to take a class!! The name is too adorable not to :p I love both the studio and the class, it's a very intimate space (just what I like, as it allows for personalized, hands-on adjustments) and the antique wooden interior/vibe really reminds me of this small cozy cabin/yoga center in a mountain I went to :)) Cues/instructions were very clear and easy to follow, flows left my body feeling so good, and the delicate-scent "massage" at the end during Savasana was a really nice touch. Thank you, Sharon! Will be back!!
