    Reshape Full Body & Abs

THANK YOU 1Rebel for reopening with such commitment to cleanliness, covid awareness and adaptations to your model. I felt comfortable knowing I had my own machine and space, that plastic contributed to separating other athletes from me and that everything was wiped between classes. I have really missed your classes. It’s been a tough adjustment for everyone, and eliminating exercise classes was a big one for me. It takes a toll on your physical but also mental health! Normally during the sprints I grit my teeth and try to get through it- but on Saturday I was literally grinning ear to ear because it felt SO good to be back. Thank you thank you thank you

    Ride

Really loved the format of the class this week - no set challenges / competitions just a collective aim all together in the different stages. Really liked it and very motivating . Instructor was great. No lockers in use atm or hair dryers but you can use the showers and shower gel. Just need your own towel and can leave your bag next to the bike. That’s annoying as every other gym let’s you use lockers

First ever time to Reformer Pilates. Class was great - the instructor made us feel comfortable, gave really clear instructions and corrected our form. Would recommend for complete beginners like me!

    Quickie Ass & Abs

Good quick class. But a bit of a rip off as it costs the same amount of credits as the 45 mins class Love the change rooms and the free towels Would appreciate some vegan sulphate free shampoo (like the ren shampoo at shoreditch frame)

    Circuit Club

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered (from the 20+ studios Ive been to - they remember your names!) The class started with a communal stretch then we were divided into 2 groups (one to start with conditioning, the other with strength). Each group had 5 station of 40s ea assigned (conditioning: eg. Rowing, bench jumps, etc; strength: dead lights, bench presses etc). The workout involved 2 laps along each group circuit and finished off with a final circuit along all 10 stations. We were 6-7 and had 3 instructors, who were VERY meticulous with guiding and correcting form. Felt very much like a PT session (got guidance and support at every station from at least 2 instructors). I would rate 10/10 for the lovely staff and 8/10 for the intensity of the workout (can feel the muscle sores post class; but thought it could have been faster paced with less breaks). Would very much recommend it to beginners and intermediates

    Beginners Reformer Pilates

The teacher explained things very clearly and she was very professional (although she did the class in jeans holding a paper coffee cup). FYI it was quite a slow class, focusing on teaching beginners how to use the reformer equipment correctly.

Great workout. Instructor doesn’t leave enough time for warm down, though — is often a rush at the end, as many people need to leave to get to work.

    LDM Studio Shape Changer

Louisa is the best! Loved the addition of the wrist weights .. although did make it quite tough by the end of the cardio set! You never know what you are going to get in a Louisa class as she adds new things/mixes it up every time. It never gets boring!
