This class starts with a warmup up and progresses into weight circuit training with bars, dumbbells and kettlebells. The class goes for 45 minutes and wraps up with planks, crunches and some floor exercises. Mats are provided. Danielle is great at demonstrating the proper form for every exercise and you can tell those exercises are working because she looks amazing. All in all, a good experience.

The class is pretty intense, 45 mins activated all of your deep muscles! My body is shaking after the session and I sweated a lot! I would recommend this studio to learners with some fitness experiences, kind of challenging for newbies.

Not beginner friendly, a little intimidating and fast paced if you have no background in dancing, but still a great place to start learning. Ivy was attentive, welcoming and motivating instructor. Since i was newer to kickboxing she was doing demos next to me so that i was able to see correct form up close and also followed up with me to make sure i am doing things correctly. The class size was small and intensity was high throughout. I got excellent cardio workout, some strides training, lots of core exercises and of course boxing. Definitely one of the best classes available on classpass. Points well spent!

Sometimes the combos can be tricky, but it is never overwhelming and it is really gratifying to feel like I am improving. The small class size is a plus and the instructor isn't afraid to call out your technique if you are doing something wrong. Definitely recommend especially if you want to get better at kickboxing and Muay Thai!

I really felt worked, from my arms, to my legs, and even to my heart! It was pumping so fast, it felt amazing. My instructor was very kind and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and taught he me proper form for strength training. Thank you Double Vision for the great workout! I will definitely be coming back again.

In the Intro class, he walked through the punches, kicks, and knees in depth and taught us how to position ourselves. I have done some cardio kickboxing classes before but this class really helped me understand the fundamentals much better. I definitely recommend this for beginners! In terms of stuff to bring, I recommend bringing your own gloves and hand wraps if you have them. They will provide gloves if you don't have them though.
