Focused on upper body/back muscles cos I mentioned that I wanna work on getting a pull up. It was almost like a PT session and I really appreciated the superb attention to detail and form. I am more aware of my muscle imbalances now than ever lololol HELP LA. Thanks for sharing your knowledge! Will be back for another class!

see all reviewsNot a very intense class where you sweat a lot. Instructor focuses a lot on form, and ensuring that we do not injure ourselves and use the wrong muscles. Very attentive and made sure to correct us and adjust accordingly. Not sure how to describe the class, like doing press ups, TRX planks (?), triceps dips but all controlled movements. Interesting class and will return!

Great workout! Location can be hard to find but the gym is right in front of the stretch of cargo loading parking areas (idk how to describe it haha)
