    Ladies Parkour Training

It’s understandable that the class is 1.5h long. Chi Ying gave us time to practise and rest bc it can get quite tiring. We were also given choices of how we can scale up. Overall a very enjoyable first parkour experience!

Overall the class is fun and friendly , even I ended up in a wrong address of the time booked but the founder Mr. Christian is so accomodative . I though it will be a disappointment but he is a great man and true to his profession . Thumbs up the class and I love it . 👍👍👍

Group Tennis Lessons (Beginner) @ 60 Kaki Bukit Place - 120 mins

First time here and Alfie is a really amazing coach! We had good starting warm-ups and leg-work which was needed, then went to hit some balls over consistency and pattern recognition. Alfie was patient and very engaging (with his encouragements and jokes) and his experience shows. I thought I couldn't survive a 2hr session but there were regular breaks and lots of diff techniques so it wasn't boring at all. Court is big and brightly lit - one tip is to bring a big water bottle as there isn't a watercooler nearby. Definitely coming back soon (to kiss my biceps)!
