    I've only taken 3 solidcore classes, but Diana's class was by far my favorite. Her instructions were clear throughout the class and I worked some muscles in my glutes that I've actually been trying to strengthen with a PT so it was nice leaving that class with those muscles targeted. Diana made everyone in the class feel seen in both adjustments and praises. I left that class feeling really accomplished and properly tired.
