    Love these shred classes! Working out in an infrared room guarantees a major sweat sesh! Just a minor suggestion: if there’s time ahead of the class, maybe the studio can set up each assigned station with the items that will be used during the class (aside from weights which the students can grab themselves since those will vary by person) such as: the bands, balls and sliders if they are going to be used in that session.

    Sequence was great. So friendly, hands on, encouraging, and welcoming. Lots of variations. The best part was the amount of attention and adjustments she gives to everyone. She gave me a neck massage during half pigeon and a head massage during savasana and that small action really elevated the class experience.
