    Compression Therapy

I had the pressure cranked up to 7 (highest) for my core and it was painful at first. I felt like it actually aggravated my lower back pain and I couldn't move normally right after for half an hour. Then I had this moment where I felt that part of my body had loosen up. Then my back felt actually much better.

    60 Minute Custom Facial

This facial is the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I’ve never gotten a facial before and I will for sure be going back frequently! Elena was so kind and gentle and taught me so much about my skin and skin care. She recommended great additions to my routine and answered all my questions. My skin looks AMAZING. I look like a glowing beautiful dewy queen. Like wow how have I never done this before. The whole experience was SO relaxing and lovely and felt amazing. I am still in a state of total zen. Can’t wait for my next facial!

    Float Session

Such a wonderful experience. I had been super skeptical of floating and worried it would trigger claustrophobia but it did not. The room getting out of the tank was a bit cold, but that may have been a result of being near closing time. Staff of wonderful.

With a 75 min class, you get an intense flow and some much dedicated time for stretching too. I usually attend hotter yoga practices at other studios, but really liked the extended time to focus on both aspects in this class. Will be back to this one.

    Y3 Shred ODESZA

Love these shred classes! Working out in an infrared room guarantees a major sweat sesh! Just a minor suggestion: if there’s time ahead of the class, maybe the studio can set up each assigned station with the items that will be used during the class (aside from weights which the students can grab themselves since those will vary by person) such as: the bands, balls and sliders if they are going to be used in that session.

Urban Hot Flow in Studio A2 High ceiling

Devon is the best instructor here by far!!! Amazing flow, perfect pace, good balance of effort and ease, great playlist. Wish she would have encouraged ujjayi breathing a bit more...lots of loud gasping/panting from other yogis which was super distracting. Also if you can’t do the poses without panting it’s a good sign you should back off and take a break...

    Beginner Bungee Workout

Fun! If youre new to bungee, definitely take this beginner class that covers the basic skills. Instructors were very welcoming and patient. Surprisingly, it was a good workout even though it didnt feel terribly strenuous- I walked out good & sweaty. Class starts with a brief warmup before putting on the bungee harness (jog, shuffle and power skips). Then, you put in special shorts (reminded me of neoprene hot shorts) before being fit with the harness. The instructors help you put on the harness, make sure your bungee is the right length setting, and strap you in. Then, you learn various skills that are built gradually into choreography to a song. It took some getting used to, but was a lot of fun once I learned to trust the bungee. Class ended with a short cool-down stretch. Get there 15-20 minutes early your first time to read and sign a release (yes, the release does allow studio right to video you, which previous reviewer must not have noticed?). Looking forward to next time!

Sequence was great. So friendly, hands on, encouraging, and welcoming. Lots of variations. The best part was the amount of attention and adjustments she gives to everyone. She gave me a neck massage during half pigeon and a head massage during savasana and that small action really elevated the class experience.
