Challenging and intense (in a great way) is my current outlook. Jillian has great energy and knows how to inspire. see all reviewsThe instructor was great! I'll definitely try to schedule another one of her classes. I was really challenged but didn't feel too frustrated or uncomfortable during the class. Her energy was great, she had great suggestions to improve form, and she was very encouraging. I really liked the order and timing of the moves she chose for the class.
