    Ben is a friendly, organized, quality instructor. He made it a point to try to remember names of new people (and knew names of all the regulars), maintained a smooth flow in a class with 14 stations, and did not hesitate to cue and correct form.     Aaron was really great! Attentive and provided us with an intense work out.     Not brand new to CF but I don’t do it regularly; first time at this spot. Very impressed with the community dynamic and how friendly everyone is : introduced themselves, encouraged me and each other through the workout, helped grab and put away others’ gear, etc. Angie was stellar with clear, direct instruction and form corrections for each class member, and especially accommodating my (very) unpracticed self, even taking into account my recent skiing injury. Great to have easy parking. If it’s your first time, early arrival is helpful to find the spot (“MECHANIC” shows up prominently but ”SODO Fitness” isn’t as obvious), sign the waiver, get a quick intro. Per Angie, their Redline class may be a better intro for those with zero CF background.
