    Be warned : Robel will try to kill you! But he'll flash that smile and cheer you on and encourage you and improve your form, somehow making you want to excel and push ever harder as you repeatedly, painfully lunge your way to the grave, sweating from every pore. And it will be worth it, even if you want to black out from how hard you're breathing. Ditto to all the positive comments about the community -- really fun group. And very cool space!

    Aaron was really great! Attentive and provided us with an intense work out. Everyone at this studio is very nice and welcoming too - the guy who checked me in let me know we could do a free trial for the week so I came back the next morning and the instructor I had then was awesome too!
