Kira rocks. Love her music selection, though I didn’t like the slow fade/transition between songs. Made it hard to keep the momentum up towards the end of the song, especially if transitioning to a song w slower beat. Otherwise, fantastic class!

Waverly is a modern day orchestra conductor. She is a great instructor, and somehow manages to keep track of and provide verbal cues to keep the treadmill group and the floor group on top of their respective workout routines. She does not physically modify your form during the class, but verbally states modifications that you can take. Very good class, nice sweat, good room air circulation, and all-around great workout.

I really like this studio and prefer to come here over Soul/Fly when im in town- this studio is beautiful, the staff is welcoming/helpful. HOWEVER- not sure if it’s the instructors ive taken or the general format but classes definitely skew on the fast side. Personally I’d prefer more than one hill (and I don’t consider a mid-70s BPM a hill) for a better mix and more accessibility for riders (only a handful of whom in each class I took cold keep up with the beats and added choreo)

This was my first spin class in a few years, and I really appreciated that I could hear the instructor, that she gave tips about form that I could follow, and that she kept class fun and positive even as she encouraged us to work hard. I'll go back!

Brandie has amazing energy and a great playlist and created a really good class. Enjoyed her smiles and inspirational words and friendly personality. She really helps you connect with the bike and yourself in class. Cant wait to take her class again! Thank you Brandie and cyclebar!

Loved this class and the instructor was awesome! I was visiting from Miami and I wish we had a studio like this back home. I loved how cycling was paired up with floor exercises. Wish I could come here all the time.

    YOGA

Favorite yoga guide. I will go to her classes at any studio because I alway learn so much and the balance between the physical and mental is always on point. That sounds silly but so often I either get a good workout OR the spiritual side but rarely both. Ashley rocks!

Good workout but could use more attention to form and energetic instruction on spinning portion. There was also a crossfit class happening on the floor so space was a bit tough but running stairs outside was good

This was by far the best and most fun cycling class I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried a number of other studios and another CycleBar in a different state, but this one was without a doubt the best. Everyone was welcoming and really made me feel like I should be there, which you don’t usually get in work out classes. 10/10 would recommend!

Catherine is a rock star! She gives clear prompts with encouragement, provides options for modifications, and *worked* us through full series while she works alongside us to demonstrate alignment and posture and range options. An hour felt like 30 minutes, tops. Love the light-filled space, and had tons of room. Leave extra time to get signed in as a guest, if it's your first time to the studio. (Parking could be a potential downside, depending on time and day.)
