    Lean Bazuka - FREE CLASS

Love Bassline workouts, and I especially like the Bazuka classes because it gives more variety than the Lean (2-layer classes). Both are amazing workouts. I haven’t had an instructor I didn’t like.

    MashUp

This was super fun. Dark room. Crazy music videos make you feel like your at a rave which made me work really hard and crave a joint at the same time. I’m hella sore already. Can’t wait to go again. Childcare is everything.

    Mauy Thai Kick boxing

Marc is a seasoned instructor with great skills. Really appreciate him taking the time to explain the Mauy Thai kickboxing techniques to me as I am new. He is so approachable it puts me at ease and feeling comfortable learning in that environment.

    Boxing 60

April lead a no-nonsense boxing workout with good balance between stances. This was my fifth class here, and as you learn pacing you can really tailor your effort to get the workout you’re looking for. April was especially kind to offer some technique help after class. I am consistently impressed with the staff here. The rules they list about glove purchase can seem off-putting, but having purchased a pair and become a regular attendee, I can say this is one of the best ClassPass experiences I’ve had in my 150+ classes. Highly recommended.

    BCD Rhythms

Love how Barb inspires and encourages (it’s just who she is, and it’s contagious). I choose BCD Rhythms over other studios/classes when I need realignment — there’s something so beautiful about shaking out the week alongside others, each person putting their own unique spin on the moves.

I have been boxing and coaching on and off for years now. I was so happy to see Arcaro On CP because it’s one of my favorite gyms to train at. The owner and one of the coaches both fought pro. Low key she fought Holly Holm. NBD. There was a new coach in the class today and his directions were fast and pretty advanced but it was a really good challenge to get me back into boxing after being a while out. I really liked the drills that he used. I feel like they really pushed muscle memory. Everybody seemed to catch on really quickly and have a good time. I highly recommend this gym.
