see all reviewsEveryone here was nice from the moment I walked in. The instructors and the other people in the small class were friendly and supportive. The spin class was hard but doable for a first-timer. For someone coming regularly, you could still keep it challenging as your fitness improves by adding more resistance to the bike. I really enjoyed it and got a great full body workout.

I must express my utmost gratitude for his consistent demonstrations throughout the entire session, ensuring that we were fully engaged in each exercise. Undoubtedly, the intensity of the class was at a 1.5 level, but the coach's guidance proved to be immensely beneficial.
