I was the tiniest bit wary based on the single review that stated it wasn’t cardio but more stretching - I’m not sure what class they attended or if they were a high level athlete, but she absolutely got my heart rate up and had me sweating. She was also a fantastic instructor, super welcoming and made the whole hour just very pleasant which is something when you’re sweating like that! She explained things so well and made sure form was clear and tailored to not cause injury. I also loved the small class size. I might have gotten lucky but I really enjoyed the 4 other ladies there with me. Definitely recommend this class and I’ll be back.
