No one at the front desk initially, water issues during hair treatment replaced with gallon water, expected Japanese Mint Hair Treatment but got regular creambath with less effort. Brow Bomber service done only once, not my style. Trash bin full on my first visit on 2nd floor (seems not emptied). Hope for improvements, unsure if all branches are like this or just my unlucky visit.
