    TONE

Im a Lagree instructor, in town for work. And I tend to be pretty picky when it comes to instructors. I thought Lisa was fantastic! She was helpful and friendly to new people, put together a great routine, and I left feeling like I got a solid workout! Thanks, Lisa!

    Total Groove: Bounce, Barre, Pom

So fun!! I work out a lot so I questioned whether this class would be sufficiently challenging, and it was! Great mix of cardio and strength training. The instructor was very enthusiastic, prepared, and knowledgeable. My only suggestions would be more ab work and possibly hands-on corrections during the barre sections (to make the positions more effective for those new to barre). I will definitely be back, and with friends!

Intermediate/advanced level. Great workout, and Caitlyn provided opportunities to learn or work up to more advanced poses. Wouldn't recommend this class if you're starting out, or are not sure of your limits for what poses you can do.

    Pilates Mat Remixx

Really great class. Not traditional pilates at all; we worked out all parts of our bodies. Jess is so kind and supportive. Definitely no reason to be intimidated if you aren't in the best shape (but also challenging for non-beginners)

    Vinyasa Flow

Charlotte leads a lovely vinyasa class, and her hands-on assists are super gentle and thoughtful. She is really great! Sadly, this class wasn't really heated (granted it was a cold night in Boston out, but the studio just barely heated to abnormal level, much less the temperature for a "headed" flow.) Charlotte still led a great class, though!

    Bar Method

This class is not for the faint of heart; I was already sore leaving the class. The entire studio is beautiful and the instructor gave lots of corrections. However, we put the weights and mats back without washing them, which is a little gross. Would recommend in any case.

Power 'n Flow - All Levels Yoga

I've always liked this studio, but it was my first time going to a class with LeeMarie. It was incredible--deep stretching and just the right amount of heat. LeeMarie's energy was so gentle, welcoming, and non-judgmental, with an emphasis on doing what's best for your own body. I've practiced all over the city and this was one of the very best yoga classes I've ever taken! Five stars, hands down.

    REPSCYCLE

REPS packs in a lot of workout into each 30 minute block. It's just enough time in each stage to keep from being bored and to keep pushing hard with each exercise. Plus I love how the moves are more creative than what I've seen at other gyms. I love this class!

    SPRINT

So good and efficient. Don't be fooled by the short class, you will be working at 90-100% for almost all of it with VERY short breaks. Easy to follow and the instructor was great, fun and lots of good energy. Definitely doable for beginners but I'd recommend taking an extra break whenever needed as it's very intense. I'll be back!

Sooo fun. Kate the instructor has such fun anecdotes. Playlist was alternative 80s but apparently she switches it up every week. This class is not as hard as barre at a barre studio so I'd highly recommend it for w beginner. loved it!!!!

    Postural Therapy

Very different from any other class I've taken (and I've taken many). This is not an exercise class; you won't work up a sweat. It's more like a mix between slow yoga and meditation, with an emphasis on correct alignment/posture. Marie is very sweet and keeps classes small (we had 6 total) so that she can be attentive to everyone. I'm not sure if I'll go back to this particular class because I prefer more high energy workouts, but I'm definitely going to try the studio's other classes!
