    So good and efficient. Don't be fooled by the short class, you will be working at 90-100% for almost all of it with VERY short breaks. Easy to follow and the instructor was great, fun and lots of good energy. Definitely doable for beginners but I'd recommend taking an extra break whenever needed as it's very intense. I'll be back!
