Johnny was the best SC instructor at modifying/ explaining for new riders (i am not one, but we all were once!). He was great (not my favorite music but that’s a me problem). I struggle with the sound system here as it is VERY LOUD and VERY TREBLE-HEAVY, piercing at times. This is the only studio where I wear ear plugs and they were out 😫

    STUDIO-A: Heated Vinyasa Flow

Wow. Best energy! Stefy was so kind and welcoming even when I accidentally came a little late. She also assisted me (which I’ve not received before) and it helped me open everything up and get into better alignment. I noticed she assisted so many in the class and was just a warm and gracious presence throughout. Definitely a challenging flow but glad I showed up and took this with her :) Thank you!

Greg is such a pure and kind soul that makes class fun for everyone but please please no loud sparklers or whatever was set off during the Thurs 5:30 class to celebrate someone. It was SO loud and distracting - my first thought was someone had fallen off their treadmill and the person next to me got so spooked she nearly fell off her treadmill. The “regulars” here could go a long way to being considerate of the rest of the class.

This class was BLAST to attend! I had so much fun and my booty is BURNING in all the good ways ha I’d absolutely recommend this class if you’re looking to tone all your small muscle groups and want a little more hype and action than a Pilates class. Brooke is a beast, idk how she was cheering us on nevermind breathing during some of those exercises 😅 #goals

TONEd DOWN: An Intro to btone

The toned down class is great for beginners. Got there a few min early and Jessica explained all the components of the equipment and placements of hands and feet. I was able to take the machine right next to her during class which helped a lot. Great strength workout in 45 min without a ton of cardio so really enjoyed it. Would definitely go again.

Loved this class! Had 3 stations with 3 different exercises and 4 rounds of AMRAP max effort with 3 short breaks for ab cycles in between. Was easy to increase the challenge and a great workout. There's one shower and they have towels if you need them.
