Greg was an instructing at Lifetime and is great. Good instruction and well led flows. This classes also are heated and you get a towel with essential lavender oil at the end. So refreshing!!

see all reviewsDid the beginners pole tricks class. I would recommend probably doing some other beginner class prior to this. But the instructor was amazing, super informative and welcoming and helpful. The women in the class were all sweet and inviting as well. Definitely a workout!
