    Love the Btone workout. Dahne is one of my favorites. She has a really nice, calm way about her (the way she talks about the upcoming move so matter of factly almost makes you forget how hard the workout is!). Really felt in my abs abs arms the next day. Only complaint is the machine next to the alley windows does not have cushion on the arm things at back of machine. Got tough on the wrists because of that.
