Class was difficult, but not impossible and the great thing is you can modify to your own level. Masks were worn. I’m still not 100% comfortable with sharing machines/weights with covid rates rising, but class itself is amazing. Greg deserves a lot of credit for his playlist and ability to flawlessly teach basically two classes at one time.

Definitely not traditional pilates, but I had fun (amazingly) while also getting my butt kicked. Jess really has a talent for giving clear instructions and seamlessly moving us from exercise to exercise. Great class/instructor for someone newer to classes or out of shape, but also good for more advanced participants; it is what you make it.
