see all reviewsPilates was a slow paced class suitable for older women and those new to fitness. The instructor was clear, gave good exercises and offered harder modifications. As someone with good fitness, my muscles still got sore doing some of the exercises but I didn’t feel like I properly exercised and found the class a bit boring. The gym and equipment were also in bad condition.
