    This was one of the best yoga classes I’ve been to in a really long time. I love how the focus with Debbie was on how you feel and how the pose makes you feel, as opposed to what it looks like aesthetically… It was an amazing all over stretch and I was able to really let loose both mentally and physically.     Margot is an incredible instructor. She is inclusive and instructive for beginners in the class but also ensures there is choreography and options for advanced riders as well. This is a great and fun class for all. This is my favourite class and instructor at Spokehaus - thank you, Margot!

    Really nice facility, front desk was super helpful, instructor was friendly and helpful. I like the style of the class, lots of weights and a few cardio bursts to keep heart rate up. Cant wait to try more classes!

    This was a really good class overall, and the instructor was welcoming and upbeat. This is a strength-based class with virtually no cardio, and it is heavily focussed on upper body exercises on this day. I wish however that this class was longer than 45 minutes, because 10-15 minutes is lost from the explanation, warm up, and cool down so it makes for a very short workout.

    Great facilities, lovely studio with ambient lighting, nicely paced (but challenging) practice, instructor was great. Only comment is that $3.50 to rent a mat is quite a lot compared to other studios in Toronto (usually free or max $2).

    Roll Out

    After four consecutive days of hard workouts, Roll Out was a gift. It’s like a sports massage: it doesn’t always feel good while it’s happening, but the benefits after are essential. Instruction and pacing were on point, and the studio vibe is encouraging and fun. I’ll be back!

    First time ever and I LOVED IT! It’s a small studio that only fits about 10 people or less, focused more on form than the number of reps. I loved the support and motivation of the small group - it’s almost like a private group training session with intensity. Griffin was amazing too! Definitely recommend without question!
