Such a great class!! For someone who has never done any barre or similar workout classes Felicity was great! The moves were easy to pick up and she helped correct my position when required. She gave options for adapted movements allowing accessibility to all skill levels. The atmosphere was relaxed and it was a great space! Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you for a great session!
