    The Formula

    Jenni has a very spiritual / yogi energy that is lovely! 🧘🏻‍♀️Her formula class is more yoga flow heavy and yoga pose oriented vs barre/pilates. However, I did moves today that I haven’t ever done in a formula class, so I very much appreciate the creativity and variety of moves! This was a nice change of pace for the Formula that I will add in to my regular class roster!

    Boot Camp with Childwatch

    The instructor was so supportive and informative! She kept everyone motivated and feeling confident in their performance at camp. My boyfriend came with me to this class which definitely made him do exercises that put him out of his comfort zone which was awesome! The workout was strength-based and definitely pushed me!

    Instructor was so great! The class was well structured but not overwhelmingly difficult to get through. Definitely will sign up with this instructor again! The attention to detail, like knowing people’s names and opening the door during cardio to let cooler air in was a total God send🙌🏽

    Slow Flow

    The class was just what I needed! I have done yoga in the past but it has been quite a while since doing any practice. The slow flow was nice to feel movement in my muscles. The pacing is great for beginners or avid practitioners looking to start or recover. The building itself is to the right of BrickTop's and directly across from Talbot's by the fountain.
