This is a style that will leave your body shaking afterwards as it works the small muscles that don't get the same attention during a strength training session or a run. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and that I felt worked but not overworked.

The pacing is great for beginners or avid practitioners looking to start or recover. The building itself is to the right of BrickTop's and directly across from Talbot's by the fountain.
