    Starter50: Intro To [solidcore]

    First time doing any Pilates type workout. The instructor was great with her demos and pacing of the various exercises. This is a style that will leave your body shaking afterwards as it works the small muscles that don't get the same attention during a strength training session or a run. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and that I felt worked but not overworked.

    Slow Flow

    The class was just what I needed! I have done yoga in the past but it has been quite a while since doing any practice. The slow flow was nice to feel movement in my muscles. The pacing is great for beginners or avid practitioners looking to start or recover. The building itself is to the right of BrickTop's and directly across from Talbot's by the fountain.
