    This is the 2nd session of Sam’s SWEAT class I’ve attended and it’s brilliant…..And intensely challenging!! I’m by far the the most unfit in the sessions I attend but Sam has always been hugely encouraging and motivating and accordingly adapts anything that’s too challenging for my current level of fitness- this means I’m still able to work to the best of my ability and feel part of the group. I’d recommend anyone to train with Sam if they get the opportunity - you won’t regret it!

    Friendly place. I was running late to arrive for class and reception helped me quickly get shoes and the instructor got off her bike during warm up to help me adjust my bike and clip in. It was easy to hear the instructor when she was directing the class on what resistance level to change the bike to. Will be back!

    The most friendliest reception staff ever and they even switched my classpass time to an earlier one (other gyms charge you for this!!). Felt so welcome today and Matteo's class was insanely good. So much rowing and burpees! He checks your form every time and hands down, one of the best classes I've been to. If you're into rowing or want to learn, come to Matteo! Also lovely spacious studio with boutique style changing rooms.

    I really enjoy Steve’s lesson, a mix of kicks, knees, boxing, with almost no rest and a killer abs session at the end. Even though the class is pretty full he tries to give everyone attention. I enjoyed and I’ll go back! And regarding the gym, it’s quite small the area with the equipments, but the space for Muay Thai is good, as well as the bathrooms.
