    Michele was a great instructor with lots of details, combos and adjustments. She had a good personality and was enthusiastic throughout class. There were a lot of transitions but I think it helped keep your muscles moving and was a nice mix. I look forward to taking this with michele again.

    This was my first TRX class ever and I loved it! Dan explained everything in enough detail that it was simple for a first-timer like me to understand. He was incredibly encouraging, even though I had to make a lot of modifications because I'm not very strong (yet.)

    Class doesn’t actually exist. Location brings you to a gym called the Grind if you are able to pass the elevator (need a fob). The gym instructor says several people have also come looking for a ClassPass class but she has no idea who the instructor is. It is a scam!!

    Liked the class and instructor especially since she was a sub thrown in last minute. I liked her music choices. The only thing I would change is for the fans to be on. Got really stuffy. That said, if I had asked I’m sure she would have put them on, so thats kind of on me.

    This is a friendly, small, convenient gym. It has several weight and cardio machines, and even a small multipurpose room where you can stream Les Mills classes. I thought it was strange and enjoyable that there are several roosters and geese roaming about in a yard next to the gym. They greet you when you come and go.
