    Kerry provides a wonderfully guided practice. Her voice helps me meditate through the poses while focusing on my breath. This is a great Bikram class and I love the iced cold lavendar scented wash cloths at the end of the class!!

    Yoga Sculpt

    Michele was a great instructor with lots of details, combos and adjustments. She had a good personality and was enthusiastic throughout class. There were a lot of transitions but I think it helped keep your muscles moving and was a nice mix. I look forward to taking this with michele again.

    Liked the class and instructor especially since she was a sub thrown in last minute. I liked her music choices. The only thing I would change is for the fans to be on. Got really stuffy. That said, if I had asked I’m sure she would have put them on, so thats kind of on me.

    This is a friendly, small, convenient gym. It has several weight and cardio machines, and even a small multipurpose room where you can stream Les Mills classes. I thought it was strange and enjoyable that there are several roosters and geese roaming about in a yard next to the gym. They greet you when you come and go.
