This is not a technique class, but you'll definitely see elements of Jazz, ballet, and modern. The class is more about feeling the music, making noise and having a good time. The instructor's voice is so relaxing it allows me to have a practice that feels like I'm meditating(maybe something die hard yogies feel all the time) I always feel so relaxed, refreshed and exhausted all at the same time. While this class is pretty hard core, there are times in the class when sips of water are encouraged and the fans are turned on during certain poses. Plus a cool,lavendar infused wash cloth is handed to you at the end of the class; a nice rewards after a tough practice.
