    Awesome class, great instructor, and fun playlist. So glad I found this studio after moving to Baltimore from LA. Beautiful amenities like showers with towels included, free shoe rentals, free coffee in the front, and cool eucalyptus towels at the end of class. So fun and a kickass workout. Cant wait to come back.

    Michele was a great instructor with lots of details, combos and adjustments. She had a good personality and was enthusiastic throughout class. There were a lot of transitions but I think it helped keep your muscles moving and was a nice mix. I look forward to taking this with michele again.

    This is a friendly, small, convenient gym. It has several weight and cardio machines, and even a small multipurpose room where you can stream Les Mills classes. I thought it was strange and enjoyable that there are several roosters and geese roaming about in a yard next to the gym. They greet you when you come and go.
