    Wow what a great class and instructor! Marissa had great energy, corrections and flow of class. I really appreciated her call outs and corrections as this was my first barre class in months. Sonya at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful showing me around. I can’t wait to come back!

    Yoga Sculpt

    Michele was a great instructor with lots of details, combos and adjustments. She had a good personality and was enthusiastic throughout class. There were a lot of transitions but I think it helped keep your muscles moving and was a nice mix. I look forward to taking this with michele again.

    Liked the class and instructor especially since she was a sub thrown in last minute. I liked her music choices. The only thing I would change is for the fans to be on. Got really stuffy. That said, if I had asked I’m sure she would have put them on, so thats kind of on me.
