see all reviewsSydney is amazing. I’m depressed her schedule is changing and I won’t be able to attend. She’s incredible when it comes to form cues and the mind to body connection. If you can go to her classes highly recommend. I’ve been going to transform for about 4 years now and I love how great she is with beginners. Super supportive

see all reviewsChallenging flow and enjoyed the class. It was a little distracting tho bc she kept propping the door open throughout class. Kind of harshed the vibe in my opinion. I noticed others looking around too wondering why the door was open. People who go to hot yoga classes go for the heat!

see all reviewsVery interesting class! I had no idea what to expect, so in case it helps someone else, it was 3 minutes each at 12 stations including Kettlebell swings, rope shake and squat, a rower, a bike, and some functional movements like burpees with a medicine ball and push ups. Intense and fast paced. There's no time to think about whether you want to do anything, haha, which I honestly prefer. (Had there been time, my brain would say "wtfffff are you doing? OUT!!!" Lol) jokes aside, it wasn't impossible but it'll definitely work you. The cool part is that you set your own intensity at the end of the day (how much you do at each station, how hard you go). Brendan was encouraging and helped people do the moves properly and with good form. I never felt pushed or judged. Seems like a great spot!

see all reviewsReally comforting space. Beautiful practice. Used to holding poses a bit longer in restorative but I'd done some heavy working out that day so the all over stretching was good.
