Consistently so impressed with Barre3! Bianca was super encouraging, friendly, welcoming, and offered a lot of modifications and help. The second studio space is quite a bit smaller than the first, but the studio is open and airy and I can’t wait to go back!

Really liked how the class hit all my muscles. Every time I thought something was easy, I would make a small adjustment based on the instructors feedback and would instantly feel the burn. As someone who is recovering from a strained arch in their foot, I found the class challenging, and a great low impact, ankle stabilizing / strengthening class.

Jose was a great instructor. Super enthusiastic and welcoming. I think this class is a good fit for anyone who isn’t looking for something too strenuous. There were quite a few people who were much older (I’m 31). If you want to make it more difficult, definitely add some risers.

Love that Emily explains the class and has all the equipment laid out and ready! The space is so clean, cozy, comfortable and peaceful. I love all the decor and variety of the sound instruments. Emily is very friendly. It’s my first sound bath class and I’d love to take the class again! Only thing (not Emily’s fault) is there’s a class next door and unfortunately, can hear everything so it made it hard to relax as I can hear the instructor next door over the sound baths. The class would’ve been perfect if the walls weren’t so thin!

Really relaxing, instructor was very kind and helpful. Small class size was great. If you are sensitive to dizziness though this type of class is not for you. The inversions did make me dizzy. Although you don’t ever have to do those, inversions were about half of the time using the aerial silks, so if you opted to not do those then you are better off just taking a regular yoga class.

Great, very personal training by knowledgeable PT. Focused on real strength moves: heavy sets of 6-8 reps with time in between. Excited to find a classplass place that does pure strength and not circuit style or CrossFit metcon style. This will be part of my regular routine.
