see all reviewsThis class was super super fun and very beginner friendly. The coach named Noor was incredible and so encouraging. It was my first time along with 2 other girls, and she made sure that we were comfortable and understood the basics of boxing. I was nervous about trying this class at first because I don’t have any prior fighting/boxing experience, but Noor seriously made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She encouraged people to take breaks when they needed and there was absolutely no pressure to push yourself past what you could handle. She made my first experience 10/10!
