Always beating my personal records in Dilan’s class bc she’s motivating, technical, clear, no-nonsense. All that made sense when I learned she’s a Harvard and Yale grad - uh WHAT. I know I’m getting my $$$’s worth in her class.

    Love the Btone workout. Dahne is one of my favorites. She has a really nice, calm way about her (the way she talks about the upcoming move so matter of factly almost makes you forget how hard the workout is!). Really felt in my abs abs arms the next day. Only complaint is the machine next to the alley windows does not have cushion on the arm things at back of machine.     Jess was subbing in for Gabi. I've never taken this class before so I don't know what it's normally like, but I loved it! Definitely not traditional pilates, but I had fun (amazingly) while also getting my butt kicked. Jess really has a talent for giving clear instructions and seamlessly moving us from exercise to exercise. Great class/instructor for someone newer to classes or out of shape, but also good for more advanced participants; it is what you make it.

    Great, great class! This was my first one and I really enjoyed. With almost each exercise, Rebekah showed alternatives depending on the level of difficulty you want so you really could go at your own pace. She also repeatedly walked the room to ensure everyone was performing the moves correctly.     The class was great! First 30minutes was all about conditioning; jump rope, core and cardio rounds. The second half was partnered mitt work. The instructor was welcoming and provided feedback throughout the class and corrected form/technique. I highly recommend this class to anyone who likes boxing. Its much better than any class Title Boxing offers. Ill definitely be back and take more classes.

    Very different from any other class I've taken (and I've taken many). This is not an exercise class; you won't work up a sweat. It's more like a mix between slow yoga and meditation, with an emphasis on correct alignment/posture. Marie is very sweet and keeps classes small (we had 6 total) so that she can be attentive to everyone. I'm not sure if I'll go back to this particular class because I prefer more high energy workouts, but I'm definitely going to try the studio's other classes!
