    Rhythm Pilates Fusion

    Jess was subbing in for Gabi. I've never taken this class before so I don't know what it's normally like, but I loved it! Definitely not traditional pilates, but I had fun (amazingly) while also getting my butt kicked. Jess really has a talent for giving clear instructions and seamlessly moving us from exercise to exercise. Great class/instructor for someone newer to classes or out of shape, but also good for more advanced participants; it is what you make it.
