The dreamiest class. Second one with Tiffany and I’m hooked. She reminds me what yoga is truly all about - focusing on the breathe and getting out of your head and into your body. I left this class feeling so blissed out and relaxed. Easily my favorite Black Swan instructor

Very fun (but still challenging) class! The yoga part was a bit lacking for me as a frequent yogi but otherwise no complaints. This is the only barre class I've been to where actual ballet movement/terminology was used and it was a nice change of pace. This studio also tends to have more diversity (gender, age, body type, etc) than other pilates/barre studios, which makes for a welcoming environment!

I got there 10 min before class and couldn’t find parking. Got there again at 9:02am and the doors were locked. Another girl was there too and she said she specifically asked if she could move her car bc she didn’t want to get towed and the instructor said she would let her in. She got there at 9:01. Brutal. We knocked felt bad about it but an attendee let us in. Whew. Rough way to start. Other than that the class was awesome and I’d definitely come again. Just beware there is not even a 1 minute grace period so I guess you need to be there 25-30 minutes before class to be safe at this location to find and pay for parking since they only have 9 spots and the class was super full - I’d guess 30 people. I’m not worried about Covid or social distancing but If you are youd freak lol. I still loved the class and will be back. Lastly towels are $2. Usually nicer studios don’t charge but fyi. Showers have amazing scented body wash. :)

OUTDOOR Slow Flow [at Westover Pavilion]

I love that the space was outdoors. It’s great during this time of the year especially. However, you do hear cars passing by because it is in a neighborhood center. The instructor is sweet and it’s more of an older crowd. #classpassinsider

    BollywoodFit

Jessica has got something special going with her Bollywood Fit class: truly a fusion of exercise and two dance styles, but staying of course closest to Banghra or Indian pop or ? While the half-dozen or a bit more students mostly seemed familiar with the culture, everyone was totally casual both about nailing the sequences and achieving peak burn. This fits Jessica’s emphasis on enjoying the music and dance rather than keeping up with her choreography which includes non- and traditional props. I could see myself coming back as part of my own vast fusion of gyms and studios. Definitely sticking with the basic class as I can imagine how “Intense” the other session is!
