    Flow

Much slower pace than I'm used to seeing at BSY, but definitely still challenging! I appreciated having enough time between poses to get there safely and focus on my form. Felicia had some weird transitions that made things a bit choppy but also kept it interesting.

    Hot Onnit

Great class! JJs onnit teaching style is more yoga-inspired than the other instructors I've tried here. The class was fast paced and challenging but really accessible, and with lots of modifications offered to make it easier or harder. The music was pretty loud and made it hard for me to hear the instruction at times, but otherwise fantastic experience!

    Flow

I like that you can take your mask off at your mat but that they enforce all the other times to wear it. Mats are spread out pretty well. Nice to be able to come to a yoga class in person!! They did a good job

    Power Flow

Good class, flow and sweat in just 45 mins. 1st time back since pandemic started. With 7 people in the class it allowed a safe distance from others with no masks once reaching the mat. Though it was funny that some people came in late(total tunnel vision) and put their mat right next to others instead of wide open space across the room...if it were me I’d certainly say something. I’d recommend the yoga instructor manage this so the participant doesn’t have to be put in the uncomfortable position of doing so. Just a friendly “hey sorry we have a policy of 6 ft” for those who are still not getting it.

    AO Strength Virtual

What I love about AO’s virtual workouts is you actually receive coaching. Not easy to do via Zoom, but I appreciate how the coaches make the effort to cue form and make corrections. Add Brittaney’s personal encouragement and it’s a workout I look forward to.

    Inferno Hot Pilates

Wow. Really intense, sweaty Pilates-based interval training. If you aren’t looking for cardio I would skip this class - but an absolute killer workout if you push yourself! Brendan is also super fun and welcoming with high energy

    Pilates|Barre|Yoga Fusion (60 min)

Very fun (but still challenging) class! The yoga part was a bit lacking for me as a frequent yogi but otherwise no complaints. This is the only barre class I've been to where actual ballet movement/terminology was used and it was a nice change of pace. This studio also tends to have more diversity (gender, age, body type, etc) than other pilates/barre studios, which makes for a welcoming environment!

    Fuerte Fit

I am new to the Cross Fit style of class and found myself confused with instructions. Britany was great and always explained, demonstrated, and made personal adjustments to correct form. Youll get a full body workout in this class. I was sweating and just trying to keep up! Id definitely go back.

    Hot 60 | in studio

It was my first class back since covid. They replaced the carpet with tiles they can clean more easily and have reduced capacity, and changed breathing exercises to keep mouths closed. Felt good to be back.

Gwen is a great instructor. You can tell she prepares beforehand, getting her counts/countdowns and exercises just right with the music - which I really appreciate. And she really pushes you while still being sweet!

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

Kelli has great energy especially for a 6:00am class! We were given the right amount of time to get settled in the class starting with child pose. Her class went by so quick and she did a good job breaking up high intensity sets with slower, strength sets.

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

First time trying sculpt. I think if you have been to C1 this is accessible to newbies. It was challenging and sweaty but I didn't die. I tend to get impatient with circuits and that is kind of what this is. Plus so many push-ups. Omg. I guess it's probably good for us lol. I mostly do barre and Pilates and one difference with sculpt is more emphasis on pushing yourself to use the heaviest weight possible and still maintain form, a change from the classes with light weights.
