    Beginner Aerials: Steel (trapeze/lyra/cube)

I never did an aerial class before so I didn't know what to expect. I'm glad they offered a really true first time only beginner a type class.

    Silks Level 1

Chelsea is thorough, patient and fun! I’ve taken two of her classes so far and have enjoyed them both a lot. Both had the same warm-ups and cool-downs, but the classes themselves covered different techniques on the aerial silks.

    Intro to Aerials

Such a fun experience! I've always wanted to try aerial ANYTHING, and this class gave you a taste of 4 different apparatuses. Bri was extremely welcoming and the class truly is for all levels. We were all complete beginners. Not a hard workout by any means, it's more of a fun time and you can try a few tricks/poses. Highly recommend!
