see all reviewsThe class was fun. This is not a boxing specific class with a full 45 mins of boxing. Instead it is a mix of dumbbell work and aqua bag work. Class was conducted well and I burned 610 calories for the session. This seems like it can be great as one’s main form of fitness or a way to mix it up for people that have a set routine.

I can’t put my finger on it but it’s just strange at times. I’ve heard several other people say the same thing about the accent haha. Other than that, I love her class.

see all reviewsI come to this one a lot. As a ClassPasser you will get Room 1 which is a basic, smaller room with no shower. There is a TV so I always end up watching a 40-minute Netflix show which is perfect timing. I set the sauna to a max of 158 degrees and set the light above to red. You can change the color depending on what energy/body parts/chakra you want to focus on. There’s a card explaining which colors do what. The light is on the ceiling of the sauna and you change it by tapping it. After you’re done they have a cold wet eucalyptus towel waiting for you in the room. When you’re done you throw all the towels into the bin outside. Make sure to bring a refillable water bottle as they have a cold filter there. There’s also a bathroom. This is a great way to detox and sweat out toxins.

see all reviewsGreat class, happy to have Shannon in Austin and will definitely return to her classes! Loved her energy and music! Classes have been quite full lately and have felt squished. It would be great if the instructors could take a more active role in spacing people out, especially when we come to the center of the room for exercises. For example, asking people to form a certain number of rows and staggering people a bit, or having people put out their arms to check their spacing before we start moving. It doesn't seem that just asking people to make sure they're spaced out is effective. This is the third class over the past few weeks where it's felt hard not to hit/get hit by my neighbors, and it makes it difficult to get the most out of the exercises.

The experience is a little intense since you’re basically sweating for 30 min but I felt great after. They play music which helps you relax then come into your room halfway to put a cool towel on your face (which felt amazing). see all reviewsI didn’t know what to expect - but I really liked this class and will definitely go back. You’re in a typical gym room, and they display exercises on a projector while coaching you through and keeping time so you can focus. Since so many different types of equipment are used (boxes, dynamic balls, etc) we had to get in groups of three (which was kinda a bad sign for me at first). The exercises were really well-designed and the type of bodies there were really diverse which was encouraging (like, it wasn’t just insanely fit models). Megan was great at demonstrating and correcting form.

We knocked felt bad about it but an attendee let us in. Whew. Rough way to start. Other than that the class was awesome and I’d definitely come again. Just beware there is not even a 1 minute grace period so I guess you need to be there 25-30 minutes before class to be safe at this location to find and pay for parking since they only have 9 spots and the class was super full - I’d guess 30 people.
