    Lisa is my favorite teacher, her class is pumping !! Love the non pop music , cool remixes with less commercial music. The moves are basic, easy to perform in terms of technique but a killer class. There’s really no need for complicated moves in this class and I’m always crazy sore after her class. Not a beginner class btw do not come as a first timer . And come early to stretch, your body needs the warmup.
