This is more of a choreography class than fitness class so I was able to focus on learning movements rather than burning muscles. The instructor was very clear in her explanations and good at communicating the feeling of the dance, not just the technical aspects. I would need multiple classes to move beyond beginner but I'd enjoy coming back! Studio has ample parking and bathrooms to change as well.
